Positive: The location and it is spacious.
Negative: Supplies for the kitchen are lacking. No dish soap, no kitchen towels, no paper towels, no dishwasher powder/pods, and no sponge. If they expect a clean kitchen, these items should be there. Plus, not much toilet paper. There was water on the kitchen floor by dishwasher but we never used the dishwasher. We weren’t sure if it came from the drying rack. The hair dryer is a fire hazard.
Summary: The location is great. We walked everywhere. The house needs to be better prepared for renters.
