Condo has pull out Queen sofa in addition to the bedroom. Newly updated and just steps from the beach. This is the 3rd condo complex east of the Perdido Pass (Alabama Point Bridge) which is next to a preserve. A low density complex with quiet beach front, 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool and access to Ole River for fishing, and swimming. The boat docks are restricted for owners only but great for fishing and swimming in addition to the beach front property.
