The Sail Loft is situated in a small courtyard just off Marine Parade just yards from The Quay and village centre. Lovely water views from the elevated sun deck at the rear of the property.The house is impeccably presented, comprehensively and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor is a porch opening into entrance hall off which is a double bedroom with a 5ft king size bed and en suite bathroom with WC and shower. A spacious and most attractively furnished lounge/diner with galley kitchen. There is an attractive open fireplace, two 2 seater settees plus other chairs, a dining suite to seat 6 and also other pine furniture. Wi-Fi is available.The kitchen area is very well fitted with the following appliances:- washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, extractor, fridge/freezer. From the lounge, patio doors open onto a secluded, sun trap patio paved in slate, with garden furniture. Steps lead from the patio up to a lawned area and a sun deck from where there are good water views over the Carrick Roads and Percuil river. Over the first floor is the 2nd double bedroom and smaller bedroom where there is a single bed and a seperate shower with WC, and wash hand basin. The property is heated by a combination of night storage heaters in the hall and lounge and panel heaters in the bedrooms, and is a super all year round holiday home.
