Positive: The room was clean. The kitchen was adequate. Having the soap and shampoo dispensers was nice. It has a Kuerig coffee maker and provided pods. The air conditioner worked very well. The de-humidifier pulled a lot of moisture from the air inside. The couch was super comfortable. The pools and hot tubs were nice, and from there, the beach was a short walk down the path. The view from the 10th floor was fantastic . By the elevators, you were able to see the bay and the Queen Isabella Causeway, not to mention part of the island itself. Check-in and out were very easy.
Negative: The first 4 days we were there, one of the elevators was out, so you had to rely on just the other one for 14 floors. On top of that, the staff and maintenance were also using the elevator all day long, so it was frustrating. You find out when you get there that you are actually staying in rooms 108 & 109. They are connected rooms. My son stayed to himself in the room with 2 beds and a mini-fridge. My wife and I used the other room. It works, but for some reason, I don't remember knowing that at the beginning of my search. The dining table has a checkered table cloth on it. We like to do puzzles when we aren't out at the beach, so we had to take the tablecloth off. The table wasn't very pretty. The chairs for the table are just metal, like bare frames for chairs that are being made. They aren't comfortable at all. The little ceiling fan above the table is a joke. It needs one with a downrod and rated indoor/outdoor so that the humidity doesn't make the blades droop. More light is needed over the table. The sliding door was very difficult to slide. I used some WD40 on the bottom track, and it got better. The frying pan in the kitchen had been torched by someone(s) before me. It was warped, and food stuck to it, even with butter melted into the pan first. The TVs in the bedrooms are a little small.
