"I highly recommend Saida I - 301! The condo was just beautiful and perfect for a getaway. The pictures and description of the property were exactly as described. Very easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants and shops within walking distance were a bonus. The only downside is not having a washer and dryer in the condo....but I knew that when I booked it. I would definitely book again!"

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
