This is a beautiful 2700 sqft ranch house just 35 mins from downtown Dallas. Sai Ranch is located in the Texas hill country on a 510 acre ranch with a high game fence and stocked with trophy exotic deer, white tail deer, elk and turkey. 5 large ponds are fed by live spring water and are stocked with large catfish and large mouth bass. It has several scenic look out points as it is one of the highest points in the county. There are deer and fish processing areas available near the ranch house along with a walk-in refrigerator. The ranch house has 3 fully furnished bedrooms each with an attached full bathroom. 1) Blackbuck room has 4 bunk beds, a closet and 2 bedside tables with lockers; sleeps 4 2) Axis room has a queen bed , large closet, large storage locker, cable TV; sleeps 2 3) Whitetail room has 2 twin beds, fireplace with electric heater, cable TV; sleeps 2 There is another half bathroom in the hall. The house has a large living room with a day bed, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV. The large kitchen has a central island, barstools and all necessary appliances and utensils including plates, cups, silver, toaster, coffee maker etc. The dining room is large with a huge table to seat 12 for dinner. In addition to this, it has a bar room off the patio, a laundry room, and a large outdoor firepit. In the back, the large patio has 8 rocking chairs to enjoy your beverage of choice and watch the deer as they go by at dawn and dusk. For interested guests, hunting can be arranged. Other activities available on the ranch are horse riding , trail riding, biking, trekking/ hiking the back country, fishing, animal photography, sleeping under the stars , skeet shooting and other equestrian activities in the massive covered arena. The city of Waxahachie is just 7 miles away if you want to go into town for dinner or a movie. The house is ideal for a large family or a group of friends who want to enjoy native life in Texas close to a big city. At Sai Ranch, there is something for everybody.
