Welcome to our townhome in Safety Harbor Club on North Captiva Island! Enjoy a true island vacation at this incredible 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. Accessible only by boat or private plane, North Captiva Island is a premier Southwest Florida beach vacation destination. Renting this Safety Harbor Club townhome includes all private membership amenities including docking privileges, private beach access, pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. #54 is a highly desirable end unit, updated with new deluxe kitchen and decorated throughout in Tommy Bahama style furnishings. The master includes a queen bed with plenty of storage, a private full bath, and private balcony. The second bedroom, upstairs with a fantastic view of the harbor, consists of both a queen and twin bed. A full bath is across the hall. The third bedroom is a loft style room with two twin beds. Perfect for the kids and adjacent to the bathroom. The living area includes comfortable furnishings with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen seats six with an adjacent screened in veranda that offers spectacular and unobstructed harbor views that includes more seating for four. Four bikes (two children, two adult), fishing poles, beach chairs and pool rafts, washer/dryer and charcoal grill are more amenities included in your rental. Golf cart(s) are not included and can be rented on the island for an additional cost.
