Just 10 minutes to Center City and 5 minutes to the great restaurants, bars, and entertainment in the NoDa Arts District. Plus the house is adjacent to the 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park!
This 4 Bedroom home features Safari themed design elements, open concept kitchen, living, and dining area with 2 master bedroom/bathroom suites (one upstairs & one downstairs)! Roku smart TVs in living room and in 3 bedrooms!
- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!
- We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security.
