Sabo’s Sandbox is located in Beachside Villas and perfect for couples or families that are seeking to escape the crowds of the more populated Destin and Panama City Beach areas. Sabo’s Sandbox is a Non-Smoking, No Pets Allowed, 2 BR, 2 bath corner unit located on the ground floor of building #9 at the Beachside Villas. While this unit does not have a gulf view it does provide easy access to the boardwalk that leads right to the beach!!! No busy streets to cross as you are within 1200 steps of Beach. Sand chairs, umbrella, beach towels are included with the condo.
Beachside Villas is a quiet, family-oriented, beachfront complex offering two pools (one heated), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, WiFi high speed internet access, a very nice party deck, and barbeques. Located between Deer Lake State Park and Eastern Lake, you will find one of the most peaceful stretches of beach around. Enjoy cycling/running/walking on the nearby 30A- 27 mile-long bike trail. Set out and explore the fabulous restaurants and quaint shops of Seagrove Beach and the surrounding communities, such as Seaside and Rosemary Beach. If you desire more, Sandestin outlets are just 20 miles west and Pier Park in Panama City Beach is just 15 miles east.
This unit has been remodeled with new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, televisions in the living room and each bedroom. The dining table seats 4 with an additional 2 at the bar.
