A small house by the sea, without haste, without stress. With its own garden, a few plants, a little bit of green, a little bit of shade. A small paradise just for you, where you can enjoy every moment. A charming neighborhood welcomes you, the cove of Biniancolla, just a few steps and you can put your feet in the sea, a ramp for the boats, a bit of sand that forms a small beach, there are almost always some curious ducks swimming around, almost always a neighbor who casts the fishing rod, or who prepares his boat to go to sea.
Sa Caseta Nova, a precious little house, right in the most authentic part of Cala Biniancolla, with its small garden and its interior so cozy and cared for. It has it all, but small, two picturesque bedrooms, one with double bed, the other one with twin beds, both with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living room with an integrated kitchen, this beautiful structure with exposed beams and wooden shutters, totally authentic.
