This is an ideal property for those seeking peace and tranquility but at the same time being a few minutes away from the well-known village of Deia, one of the most exclusive areas in the island. This 4 bedroom house highlights are a large private pool overlooking mountains and village, lush outdoor areas with beautiful trees and plants and different terraces with magnificent panoramic views.
The house is fully equipped in order to make you feel like at home. On the main floor there is a lovely living area with a fireplace, functional furniture, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, large terraces with furniture with breathtaking views, one of which is beautifully shaded and has a nice table with chairs, where one can relax and cool off in the warmest hours of the day. There is Wifi inside the house and terraces closer to the building.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, two with double bed, one of them with an en suite bathroom with a large shower, sink, toilet and a bidet, on the first floor there is also an additional bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet. Located on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each. The house offers an additional bathroom on the ground floor with shower, sink and toilet.
There are 3 air conditioning units located in the living room and two of the bedrooms. Other bedrooms have fans available and the house is also equipped with central heating for those wanting to enjoy a winter stay. There is also Wifi available throughout the house.
