Positive: The location is gorgeous, the house is clean and the pool with outdoor kitchen is simply fantastic. Also well located to get to supermarket, restaurants, nature etc by car in just a few minutes.
Negative: For this price I would have expected air-conditioning or at least mosquito-nets in the windows. We were fortunate to have almost no insects in June, but when it gets even hotter and mosquito season starts, these are must-haves for a house in this price range.
