Positive: The recent revamp of an ancient shop house to the residence is done stylishly & to a very high standard. All amenities are of top quality. Location is execellent being just a few minutes walk from the iconic canal.
Negative: Very little really, just a slight disappointment about the onsen being heated tap water, and not actual hot spring as suggested by the "ryokan" name.
