Rustler's Roost Guest House, 2 bedroom Vacation Rental on the South Fork of the Shoshone River, 15 miles (20 minutes) Southwest of Cody, Wyoming, the East gate to Yellowstone National Park. We are on a paved, County maintained road. Full kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Relax in the jetted bath with shower. We provide towels, linens, cooking & eating utensils, coffee and tea. Just bring groceries and personal gear. Use of gas grill, in unit washer and dryer, books, iron & board, & satellite TV. Free wireless internet access. Decorated in the Western style, we offer two antique beds, each in separate rooms. There is a single pull out in the front room. Sightseeing, hunting, and more fishing nearby on Buffalo Bill Reservoir, Shoshone National Forest and BLM (public land).
We are dog friendly and allow your dog with approval. No charge, we love dogs! Sorry, we cannot allow cats inside because of allergies. For an additional fee, you can bring your horse or mule.
Winter nightly rate is $110 plus tax. Winter monthly is $1050. Deposit required for winter monthly rental.
Our reservation policy: We require half of the total (rate plus tax) to hold a reservation. There are no other fees. You will get your damage deposit back provided there is no damage.
Our cancellation policy: More than 30 days until arrival, full refund. Less than 30 days days up to 14 days before arrival half refund, if I can fill your space full refund minus $30 admin fee and any credit card fees if applicable. Otherwise, I am losing the same amount as you, sorry.
