4 Bedroom Cabin in Chalet Village North, Gatlinburg

Located in Chalet Village North!!! Fantastic location conveniently located off the parkway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Rustic Retreat is a newly built cabin with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It's on a quiet dead-end street, just a short drive to the north clubhouse, which includes pools, tennis courts, outdoor games, paved walking trails and concessions. There is plenty of driveway space to accommodate several vehicles.
Rustic Retreat is an open floor plan cabin with large windows facing the view! The cabin is stocked with all your essentials, memory foam mattresses and comfortable gathering spaces throughout, as well as 6 TV's! Enjoy a game of pool, foosball or an arcade game or relax in the hot tub and take in the amazing view!
Three of the four bedrooms have their own master bathroom. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level and sleeps up to 8 children (3 adults, see note below). There is a large bathroom to accommodate that bedroom.
There is plenty of seating for dining, inside and out! If you're a grill master, we haven't forgotten you. On the deck is a gas grill waiting to be fired up to prepare your steaks, burgers, and chicken.
Please Note: Although the cabin sleeps 15 people, the top bunk beds can ONLY accommodate children due to weight limits. And the bottom bunk can hold 2 children or 1 adult. We have a maximum of 10 adults per booking. Wheelchair accessible:

There is a king on the second floor which is ground level. The bunk beds and single bed are all in one room on the 1st floor which is the basement and there is a queen room and king room on the 3rd floor

Summary: This house has a great location, and my mom got to see the bears she was hoping for!! Every day we would see them in the back yard, side yard or walking down the street. The views were amazing and we spent a lot of time on the decks relaxing. The house has a lot of room for families and I liked that everyone pretty much had their own bathroom. The house could use some TLC and an exterminator. Do not leave food out on the counter! The fridge drops ice onto the floor every time you open the freezer. Back door handle fell off on our first day. Bathroom floor was spongy. Drain was filled with hair. All of these items could be easily taken care of, and were minor inconveniences, but still annoying when on vacation. Overall, yes, I would still recommend this house. Hopefully these items will be addressed.
