Guest access
You have access to an entire half of the duplex. It is set up as a full home. You have 2 balconies, a porch, a private entrance, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a smart TV with cable in the living room upstairs. The 2 bedrooms are downstairs. You will be provided a code just before you arrive and enter through a coded bolt lock on the door. There is no access to the garage and the garage does not have direct access to the home. If you need first level access, we can accommodate.
Other things to note
Sleeping arrangements were designed with comfort in mind; the king and queen mattresses are pillow-top mattresses.
The pull out couch is new trampoline framework and comes with an option of adding a 3in memory foam topper.
There is no smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, ensure the ashes and butts are removed from the property.
