4 Bedroom Cabin in New Tazewell

Rustic Charm is a secluded Mountain View/Lake Access home with new additions for 2020! Twelve guests can enjoy the 4BR, 3BA home in Lone Mountain Shores on Norris Lake. This Norris Lake rental home sits on a large piece of land and includes its own seasonal private dock (recently expanded). "Charm's" dock lies in a private cove (great for swimming and fishing) and just a kayak ride away from Jimmy’s Place/Norris Landing Marina. Rustic Charm has 2 levels. You enter in the dining/kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cookware, utensils, etc. to make all the family fixins'. There is a dining table and bar stools. Off the kitchen, there is a full bathroom/laundry room. The great room has a big flat screen smart tv. The Wi-Fi is free, so bring your login info and enjoy your choice of movies conveniently from your own account. There are 2 bedrooms on this level. The master suite has a king size bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed. A queen air mattress is available if needed. All ages enjoy the lower level family room/game room. It has a pool table, big screen TV with netfix. Younger children can participate in the family fun, too. There`s an activity table and plenty of sidewalk chalk for future Picasso`s. There is a sectional sofa, wet bar, mini fridge, and flat tv screen for those rainy days. Four can camp out in the bunk room on 2 sets of twin bunkbeds. An additional queen bedroom has been added for the summer of 2020, as well as a full bathroom. This home has a unique lake access. You can walk the switchback trail for a nature walk down to the dock or you can drive all the way via a gravel/concrete access road. There are about 50 stairs to the private platform dock, which was just doubled in size! Water levels vary each year, but this dock is normally usable April- October. The landscaping and covered back deck add even more "charm" to this home. Grill a few steaks. Or, if you`re lucky maybe your own "catch of the day". After a nice BBQ, what could be better than S`mores for dessert! Rustic Charm has a very nice firepit area with firewood provided year-round. Pack some matches and roasting sticks,...and don`t forget the Marshmallows! $100 nonrefundable pet fee per pet per stay. 2 pet maximum. Pet refers to dogs only. No cats/other animals allowed.
