Residence "Corte Campedella" is a beautiful prestigious gated complex located amongst the vineyards in Bande, Cavriana, on one of the 10 food and wine roads of Lombardy: 'La Strada dei Vini e Sapori Mantovani' and hence a paradise for lovers of Italian food and wine. The condominium consists of 12 privately owned apartments. The apartment is situated in the peaceful Morainic hills just a 20 minute drive south from Sirmione and Desenzano which are both on the southern shore of Lake Garda.
The building was owned by the Gonzaga family from 13th-18th centuries. The apartment is located on the battlefields of the 1859 Battle of Solferino as a result of which, the International Red Cross was formed. The apartment is in an ideal location for family holidays as it is in private grounds accessed by an electronic security gate. There are also many attractions within easy driving distance, e.g. Gardaland Theme Park, Canavaworld Water Park, Verona and its opera, Venice and its carnival, and of course the beautiful Lake Garda!
The apartment is on two floors, the first floor comprising a lounge and a kitchen/diner. The second floor comprises two spacious bedrooms (double room with King-size bed and a twin room with two single beds) and a shower room. The apartment can comfortably sleep 4 adults and is 90 square metres.
All ceilings are beamed and all floors are tiled. The apartment has a rustic feel.
There is a communal swimming pool (20 metres x 10 metres) and a communal garden well stocked with flowers and shrubs. The pool is open from May to September, subject to weather conditions.
Check in time is after 3pm and check out by 10am.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are included in the cost as is cleaning at the end of your stay. Water, gas and electricity are included in the price. Washing of bed linen and towels during your stay are charged as extra.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
