Casale Troscioni is an independent villa with pool completely immersed in the Tuscan nature. Surrounded by 60 hectares of private land, Villa Troscioni offers its guests a beautiful swimming pool equipped with pergola, outdoor shower, stone table and a wood-burning oven for delicious lunches or dinners outdoors. It's situated in the south of Tuscany, in the Val d'Orcia. This area is rich in attractions and particularly suitable for long walks in the woods, cycling or horse riding.
The original structure of the farmhouse dates back to the 15th century and was restored with extreme care and attention by the current owners in the 1980s. The building consists of two bodies and a tower for a total of 500 square metres corresponding to the original 1400s layout, distributed over two floors plus a space on the third floor.
The villa also has a beautiful botanical garden blooming and fragrant where you can relax in total tranquility. In addition, the estate has an organic vegetable garden, a veranda and a soccer field.
Casale I Troscioni is located on the Cetona mountain, and more precisely in a locality called Sferracavalli.
The house is divided over 3 floors and has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. The rooms are all furnished with a refined style that makes the environment comfortable and welcoming.
