It was built in 2012, on the edge of the town, with the mountains of the Cabañeros National Park as a backdrop. Close to a river, the Estena, at 1,500 meters. Paved and illuminated access. No parking problems.
Surface area of 100 m2, plus a porch-patio under the house of 190 m2. Decoration harmonious with the environment. Wifi. Individual heating by radiators adjustable by the client in all rooms and bathrooms. Air conditioning by hot/cold pumps in the living room and bedrooms. Each room has three 90 cm single beds, all with bed linen, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, wardrobe, mirror, shoe rack, coat rack, desk with chair and its own lighting, luggage rack, 32” television, ceiling fan and window to the outside.
