This beautiful Hill Country home sleeps 30 people and features 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths, 2 half baths and boasts 3775 square feet of living space, plus 2000 square feet of covered outdoor space. Each bedroom has its own private bath and closet. This spacious open concept floor plan is great for large gatherings and families. This home is attractively decorated and has vaulted ceilings in the living room and opens to the kitchen. It has granite throughout the home, all stainless-steel appliances, washer/dryer, and an extra refrigerator as well as two 75 inch TVs in the living room for those sports fanatics. Every room also has its own thermostat, and you are able to control the temperature in every room dependent from the others.
Outdoors you will find a 450 square foot pool and spa with imported Italian stone. Other amenities outside include a gas BBQ pit and a large fire pit. Don't forget the large outdoor kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating as well as a half bath. Outdoor activities at the property include a horseshoe pit, washer boards, cornhole boards, a ping-pong table, and a basketball goal.

Pets are NOT ALLOWED. Any pet found on the property will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and immediate eviction with no refund. The same policy applies to smoking in the home. Please don't make us have to enforce these!
