Positive: Access is excellent; spacious bright accomodation; very clean; in walking location to the Bergbaumuseum; 6 mins walking to the next EDEKA grocery store. Good messaging by the host.
Negative: Only rather minor things. Recommendations/info - it was over 30 degrees outside and the air in the flat became sticky because one cannot open the windows in the large sleeping room and living room. A fan can help circulate the air. - parking is no problem during the day, but if you come home late it is rather difficult to find parking close by. - the bathtub/shower is cute but small; no problem when one is young but potentially dangerous if you are less mobile; an anti slip mat for the tub could then be very useful. - the dark curtains in the sleeping room does not span the whole window. In summer the room there is a lot of light until late in the evening and in the early morning, which affects one’s sleep.
Summary: Excellent short stay. We would stay there again.
