The apartment
It is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms, each with double bed. The living room is made up of a lounge area, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen area. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, and the WC is independent. And for greater comfort, the small laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

The neighborhood
A 15-minute walk from the city center, the Guillemins station area has it all: caterers (Traiteur Maxime), fishmonger (Comptoirs des Mers), the Boucherie Ardennaise, and a bakery (we recommend Eggen-Nols) , stationery, pharmacy, small shops, supermarkets (Aldi and Carrefour) and restaurants. And if you want to quickly reach the hyper-center, it will take you 10-15 minutes on foot (via Parc d'Avroy), but there are also dozens of bus lines that pass through there.
Since 2009, the date of the inauguration of the new station by the architect Calatrava, the district has been expanding. The latest achievement is the “Belle Liégeoise” footbridge connecting the station to the Parc de la Boverie (beautiful green space ideal for picnics or walks).
