Summary: We stayed here on our honeymoon, and was expecting a little more hospitality to be honest couldn't even get a free drink out of them 😅. They do hound you a little in the mornings for room service so don't expect a lay in at this place! The food was really good, bar slightly over priced so all inclusive would be worth it if you intend to spend most of your time at the hotel. We tended to eat out everyday and if you want real Sri lankan food with a smile go to Kamals cafe 2mins walk out of the hotel over the train track. Really nice man and great chef. You can get a feast for less than £4 normally from him! The breakfast was extensive with loads to choose from! The pool was clean and very big, becareful on the beach as you will get harassed from the locals as they try to steal business from the hotel guests. Just say not interested and walk away asap. Also we had to ask for our welcome drink on the last day of our stay, and they even tried to charge us 900rs but then sorted it out for free.Overall 4 out 5 from us.
