The lower decks are screened in so you won't be 'bugged'. Up the hill 50 yards walk walk away is the new community swimming pool with two water slides, kiddie pool, and hot tub. The common area has basketball goal, horseshoes, small playground, shuffleboard, and fire ring. In addition, we have made arranges with a resort about 12 minutes drive away in which our guests, for a small fee, can have indoor swimming year round. BEDROOMS / LAUNDRY: Black Bear Lodge and Royal Moose Lodge together provide you with 14 master suites. If you need some clothes washed during your stay, each lodge has two super capacity washer and dryers. One set on the main floor, another set on the lower level, for a total of 4 washers and dryers. Each lodge has a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, convenient island, all granite counter tops, and large refridgerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. They each have a large dining area with two long dining tables, seating at the island, and dinnerware for up to 24 settings. The upper back decks also have an oak dining table for more seating. PETS: Pets are welcome. The pet fee is $30 per pet, per night, plus tax and we need to know in advance how many pets you will be bringing. DAMAGE WAIVER: The damage protection waiver covers accidental damage that is reported to the owner immediately. It does not cover intentional damage, damage due to guest neglect, or unreported damages by check out. Maximum coverage is $1500. Damages over $1500 will be the responsibility of guest.
