Positive: Facilities, cleanliness and food
Negative: 1) check-in took 1.5 hrs. There were only 4 people trying to cope with tens of guests and taking a lot of time in each case. 2) no AC in common areas. In some places the marine breeze would help, yet in others, like the pool room, it gets pretty suffocating. 3) not enough umbrellas in Portete island.
