Positive: The owner is local and lives right beside the villa. He is a nice gentleman.
Negative: I liked it all but a common area indoors would be nice. This is really like 5 individual hotel rooms and one small kitchen and common area. This is only a minor complaint as it was as close to perfect as you can get!
Summary: I loved this place and the owner is helpful and nice.
