Positive: By far the best thing about the penthouse apartment were the 2 large terraces that were well furnished with shaded areas and even a BBQ. Apartment and communal areas spotlessly clean. Kitchen small but well equipped with a decent sized fridge. Pool area usually quiet as only shared by the 4 apartments. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful allowing us to store our luggage at checkout and making bathroom facilities available. 2 beaches nearby and bars and restaurants well located either in the Cala Ferrera area or further afield in Cala D’or centre
Negative: Some updating needed to the apartment in the bathroom and the kitchen areas however everything is fully functional and I hope any future improvements don’t impact the charm of the property
