The Golf Villas Residence Club is set far above sea level, providing picturesque views of Harrington Sound, Castle Harbour and the golf course. This villa is fully-appointed with high-end finishes including spacious nine-foot high Bermuda tray ceilings, hardwood or natural stone tile floors and wood-mantled fireplaces. An oversized verandah invites you to relax while enjoying the breathtaking scenery. You can also enjoy a private adult swimming pool and wading pool for younger children right at The Golf Villas' private clubhouse which also includes an elegant Owners' lounge and our friendly and helpful concierge team, who are available to help guests staying in the Golf Villas. Your villa will have four bedrooms and four bedrooms and accommodates a maximum of 8 people. The villa is 2503 square feet. Bedrooms are King, Queen, 2x Twin, 2x Twin. The Nearest airport is F. W. Wade International Airport (BDA) which is 10 minutes by car Dogs and any pets are not allowed under any circumstances and would be turned away. Amenities include: 40"+ TV Air Conditioning Concierge Service Crib DVD Player Elevator Fireplace Handicap Accessible Elevator High Speed Internet Multiple TVs Outdoor Grill Outdoor Pool Satellite/Cable TV Washer & Dryer Wireless Internet Workout Facility Maximum 8 guests including children, you will be turned away with more. There is a mandatory housekeeping fee for your stay that is included here. A Golf Villas mandatory daily gratuity fee is included. In addition, in order to stay at the Golf Villas, you need to purchase a temporary membership to Rosewood Tuckers Point to be able to use all of the resort amenities. Temporary Memberships are required for each guest for the week they are: $100 per Adults (23+ years) $75 for Children (12 – 23 years) Children under 12 incur no charge Temporary Memberships include: • Access to the Rosewood Bermuda Hotel & Spa & Gym • Access to the Rosewood Bermuda Golf, Beach & Tennis Clubs and restaurants • Discounts at all on-site restaurants, spa, retail, golf & tennis are applied. • Golf rates are listed here https://www.tuckerspoint.com/club/golf/golf-rates/ **I will bill you for that in advance of your stay and that depends on the number of guests staying with us. This is a mandatory charge and the booking would be cancelled if this is not paid within 24 hours of your reservation. Golf, tennis lessons, etc. are not included in this and you must pay for that separately -so send your email for me to bill this once you reserve this property. There is a grocery service available for a $35-$50 drop-off charge and you can arrange that in advance of your stay. You would leave a credit card upon arrival with the Golf Villas concierge and be responsible for any dining, entertainment, grocery delivery or golf cart charges during your stay. The four bedroom suite, housekeeping and gratuities and Rosewood Tucker's Point memberships would be prepaid via VRBO.
