Roseway Lane Cottage is a charming beach house in a private oceanfront estate. Perfect for couples, small family gatherings or larger groups of friends, the estate has two separate building on the grounds; a main cottage and a guest house. Combined, they can accommodate up to 8 people in total. Attractively renovated with pale painted wooden walls, golden hardwood floors, large picture windows that flood the space with natural light, Roseway Lane cottage combines modern conveniences with old world character. The cottage has a large bright living room, a separate dining room that seats eight comfortably and a fully equipped kitchen and a small 2 piece powder room. Roseway Lane Cottage can sleep 4 people. Upstairs are two bedrooms and the main 4 piece bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have dormer windows that frame a gorgeous ocean view. There are darkening blind inset into the windows. The cottage is absolutely charming: with delightful details: an antique hutch in the dining room, a fish mosaic in the bathroom, a hammock in the gazebo. A screened in gazebo and a front veranda take advantage of the spectacular ocean view. Roseway Lane Guest House is a separate guest house on the property that is available for rent in addition to the cottage to accommodate a larger party. The guest house cannot be rented independently from the main house. The first floor has a galley kitchen with basic small appliances only (a bar fridge, coffee maker, toaster and microwave), a three piece bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed, a small sitting area with a TV for watching movies only. A picture windows looks out onto the garden. Upstairs there are two twin beds. A steep wooden spiral stairs connects the two floors. The rate for the Guest House is $550 CDN a week.
