DETAILS: “Rosemary Cottage” at 132 East Kingston Road is a fabulous five bedroom, five and a half bath home in Rosemary Beach. This beautiful home includes a Main House and Carriage House on the North side of 30A that sleeps 14. This beach haven offers wonderful perks to make your next vacation unforgettable including a private heated pool, 4 sided outdoor fireplace, and an exquisite grilling and lounging area. The home has ample screened in porches and balconies and is perfect for your family to spread out and relax. The home is also a short walk from award-winning dining and shopping and is perfectly situated for quick access to all Rosemary amenities.
On the first floor you are greeted with an open floor plan made up of an expansive, fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining that has lots of natural light and magnificent modern decor. For added convenience, this area also includes a half bath and sizable laundry room. A bright and inviting guest bedroom with a king bed and ensuite completes the first floor layout.
As you make your way upstairs, you will find the primary suite, bunkroom and additional guest bedroom. The second floor is laid out well to provide privacy and space to spread out. The primary suite is very spacious with a king bed, expansive bathroom and a private balcony overlooking a quiet area - ideal for reading a book or having a cup of coffee. The secondary guest room is well-appointed with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as access toa large balcony. The bunk room is ideal for large groups with a number of children, as well as adults. The bunks are two twin over queen bunk beds and provide room to comfortably sleep six. The bunk room also includes a dedicated bathroom and private balcony.

Summary: My 4 daughters and their friends spent a relaxing weekend here. The house is well stocked with quality items. The property manager is extremely easy to work with and the check in/check out process is a breeze. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the small pool on the rainy days. We loved all the porches and comfortable beds and furniture.
