4 Bedroom House in Largo

Private pool home located minutes to our areas beautiful Gulf beaches. This beautifully decorated four bedroom two bathroom home can sleep up to eight guests and is in a well maintained neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, dining room and breakfast tables both have pool views. Fully screened in pool is an wonderful extension of the home and features lounge areas, dining table and pool loungers. Home as on site washer and dryer and can fit four cars in the driveway.
The home is as follows:
The entryway leads into the main living spaces of the home, the living room, kitchen, dining room and breakfast area. There is a four top breakfast table between the kitchen and living room as well as a six top dining table off the other end of the kitchen. Both of the rooms have sliding glass doors that lead out to the screened in pool area. Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils and other main items for cooking.
1) The Master Bedroom is the first room to the right in the home and is spacious with a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, bedside lamps, well designed closet. The Master Bathroom has a vanity, toilet and large tiled shower with shower seat.
The next three bedrooms are in the back of the home and just past the dining room.
2) Guest Bedroom features a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamps.
3)Guest Bedroom features a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, closet, bedside lamp and a TV.
4) Guest Bedroom is a kids room with a twin sized bunk bed (twin on bottom and twin on top)
Guest Bathroom is in the hallway adjacent to the Guest Bedrooms and is a full bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower tub combination.
The outdoor area of this home is lovely year round! In the large fully screened in patio there is a pool, sun loungers, resort style sitting area, four top dining table, loveseat, loungers and pool towels.
All linens, bath and pool towels are provided for guest use.
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

The closest town of Belleair Bluffs has a Walgreens, Publix, shopping centers with plenty of restaurants, sweet shop, boutiques and coffee shops. There is also a nice shaded playground a couple minutes from this home next door to Belleair Bluffs City Hall. Closest beaches are Belleair Beach, Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach. A bit further to the South is the town of Largo with even more shopping, restaurants, gyms, pharmacies, fruit store and more!
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
