This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath unique A-Frame home is your launchpad to discover the Space Coast's beaches, parks, and unique local attractions.
Sleeping up to 10 people, each bedroom and living area is thoughtfully designed for comfort, and provides ample room to connect or relax after a day in the sun or out exploring the area!
Whether you’re kayaking at sunrise, relaxing on the deck at sunset, or exploring Melbourne’s vibrant spots, you’ll find a little bit of everything here.
This charming home features:
Downstairs Suite: 1 king bed totally secluded from the house with a separate entrance and private patio. Includes 50" smart TV, accent chair, desk, lamp and chair, vintage refrigerator/freezer, microwave and Keurig machine.
Florida Screen Room: Electric fireplace and outdoor furniture including a couch, chair and dining table that seats 6.
Downstairs Bedroom: 1 full bed with 32" smart TV and private patio.
Laundry Room: Large washer and dryer set available for your use.
Downstairs bathroom equipped with beautiful tile walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make that most delicious home cooked meal while enjoying the beautiful views!
Living room: Comfortable wrap around couch with two accent chairs available for seating around the large 65" smart TV equipped with popular streaming apps you are able to login and enjoy.
Outdoor patio and deck: Comfortable outdoor setting with stairs that walk down to the dock that walks out to the water. Comfortable seating with gas fireplace on the dock as well as comfortable seating on the deck overlooking the water.
Also provided is a few kayaks, paddles and lifejackets so you can get out on the water and explore all the wildlife or catch some dinner for the evening right from the dock.
Middle Floor: Two bedrooms both equipped with king size bed. One offers a desk, lamp and chair as well as an attached bathroom with toilet and vanity only. The second full bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and is equipped with a shower, dual vanity and toilet.
Tower Watch: Steep spiral staircase leading to the "widow's watch" that provides twin bunk beds and a small 32" smart TV. Use at your own risk. Parents must monitor their children while using the spiral stairs at all times.

Starter Supplies:
We provide some starter supplies which include a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a few trash bags, basic cleaning products such as dish soap and dishwasher detergent. In the kitchen we provide basic spices, salt and pepper, sugar, and oil. If your cooking style requires something special please add it to your shopping run! You will need to purchase these supplies for the rest of your stay.
The Dock & Waterfront:
Please use care when using the dock. The rope handrails offer basic safety and are not intended to be sat on. Children should be closely monitored.
Remember, this is Florida. If there is water nearby, you are likely to encounter alligators. Do not approach them!
Sunbathing - Be careful. The Florida sun is intense. Use sunscreen.
No Swimming! There are VERY sharp oyster shells that can cause serious injury and infection.
Kayak:
Adult guests are welcome to borrow our tandem kayaks. Includes paddles, vests, and two whistles.
Please rinse everything with fresh water when you are done.
The kayak waiver is provided at the end of this information. Your agreement to stay is an acceptance of this waiver.

In consideration of my use of the premises of Rose's Riverside Chalet, I for myself, my heirs, personal representative or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the property owner, it’s trustees, directors, officers, employees and agents from liability from any and all claims including negligence resulting in personal injury, accidents, or illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from use of premises.
Assumption of Risk:
Rose's Riverside Chalet carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I have read the previous paragraphs and I know and understand and appreciate these and other risks are inherent in the activity I am participating in. I hereby assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless:
I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, its trustees, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities including attorney fees as a result of this use of premises.
Severability:
The undersigned further expressly agrees that the forgoing waiver and assumption of risk agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of Florida and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
Acknowledgement of Understanding:
I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
Also to note, you will hear traffic from US 1 during the day at the dock and on the back porch; however, during the evening time the traffic slows down.
