This idyllic Grade II listed cottage sits in the heart of the village, which nestles in a picturesque valley between the natural beauty of Powerstock Common and the majestic Eggardon Hill. An ideal starting point for numerous walking and cycling routes, set off and explore this area of outstanding natural beauty or visit the choice of local pubs, the first of which is just 100 meters away, and another within a quarter of a mile via a public footpath. The ever-popular Jurassic coastline is a mere 5 miles away and you’ll find many renowned attractions within 15 miles, including Abbotsbury, Burton Bradstock, West Bay, the South West Coast Path, the vibrant town of Bridport, famous for its bustling market and vintage shops, plus Lyme Regis, where you can marvel at the historic Cobb harbour or explore the galleries. Take the entrance door into the inviting country kitchen, where you can chose between cooking on the traditional oil fired AGA or the contemporary electric AGA. There is space to dine at a central table and a handy utility room next door, ideal for muddy boots and coats. A bathroom leads from here and there is a door to the garden.
