2 Bedroom Condo in El Cortecito, Punta Cana

Beautiful 2BD 2BA Penhouse with pool view to left of the Balcony. It has high ceilings with skylight in main area. 40" smart tv and 40 mbps fibre optic wifi. Aircon. Fully equipped kitchen, linens etc.
After receiving a booking, I will update my property management company of your booking and who will contact you directly to assist you with required details or answer any question. They will be there to welcome you at check in and departure. They will also be there to help should you need any assistance during your stay or with taxi, tours etc.
This condo has a queen bed in each bedroom. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and there is another full bathroom, with shower in the hallway just outside the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, A/C, water cooler, linens, towels, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, blender, water cooler, coffee maker, etc. The laundry area is located off the kitchen and comes with a stacking washer/dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes drying rack. There are ceiling fans in each room plus 3 air conditioners, each with their own control, so you can determine which area you need to keep cool (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living area)
Normal Check in time is 3pm and normal check out time is 11am, however we are flexible unless clients are arriving and/or departing on the same day.
The gorgeously landscaped common areas are truly an oasis and very well maintained. There is a lovely pool with tables and chairs, including table umbrellas, etc. There are two common area gazebos, common area gas BBQ as well as a big stone grill area.
"PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA (a meter reading is taken upon arrival and again upon departure so that clients only pay for their own usage at the current rate/kW). This will be collected in CASH at check out.

Summary: Had a great time at Rosa Hermosa…unit was nice and comfortable, only had a couple of pots, and a few teaspoons. Also had to have unit fumigated for small ants.But we are happy to say me booked it again for next year.
