Private, spacious studio with mountain views in the heart of Catskill Mountain Park just 2 hrs 15 min from the GWB. On the well-plowed main road, it’s an easy drive and easy parking and no 4-wheel drive needed. Ski, hike, fish, kayak, antiques, galleries, shops! 10min to Bellayre Ski Resort, 20min to Ski Plattekill, 15min to Pepacton Reservoir and 20min to famous Phoenicia Diner. Two minutes to the charming village of Margaretville, restaurants, bowling, golf, trailheads and trout streams.

This quiet studio is private from the main house. You have access from studio to private fenced in patio with mountain view and grill. We love to cook when we travel and have fully equipped the kitchen and included a table that flips out for four. Comfortable Queen size bed and a cozy pull out sofa twin.
