On well-plowed main road, easy drive - easy parking - no 4-wheel drive needed. Ski, hike, antiques, galleries, shops! 10min to Bellayre Ski Resort, 20min to Ski Plattekill, 20min to famous Phoenicia Diner. Two minutes to the charming village of Margaretville, restaurants, bowling. Outdoor fireplace pavilion for s'mores.

A charming two bedroom home with stylish features, fully equipped kitchen, living room, plenty of windows and large dining room. There's also a studio guesthouse with it's own sitting area, kitchen, a queen and a pull out twin. Located on a single property with a fireplace pavilion for s'mores and picturesque barn that make it a private, charming compound. The house has a huge porch and the studio it's own patio. More than enough parking. A vintage bowling alley is just next door - and they have bar-b-que eats as well.
