The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on Grunewald. This beautiful 45 sqm attic apartment is part of a 30s suburban home and ideal for one or two people. The living bedroom hosts a queen size bed, a cozy sitting area and a small dining area for 2 people. The kitchenette is small but nice, refrigerator, 2 hot plates, kettle, coffee maker, microwave etc. are available. The bathroom houses a shower tray and is brightly decorated by natural light and friendly. The separate entrance can be reached via a spiral staircase, the entrance area is bright and equipped with a cloakroom. The entire apartment is heated with underfloor heating. Television, music system, DSL Internet and Wi-Fi connections are available.
