Newer 2 story home in a beautiful gated community surrounded by mountains. Pool, spa with waterfall, and fire pit in a garden of privacy. 70 inch TV in a professionally designed great room with kitchen. Great wifi! There are miles of mountains, trails and desert surrounding the gated community. Paloma park is on the other side of the mountain, with mountain hiking, a children's play area with a water feature, a fishing lake and more. There is great shopping and restaurants a couple miles away. (All backyard foliage has grown to 7-12 feet for privacy since photo was taken)

Summary: This was a very clean house, spacious, with a lovely kitchen, and good spacing between bedrooms. It’s on the outskirts of the Phoenix areas which had pretty surroundings. The property owner was very kind and was an excellent communicator. Thank you!
