Guests pay cleaning fee of $400 for every stay. Pet friendly (dogs only) with a minimum $300 non-refundable fee and addendum. Guests pay a fee of $200 for sheets and towels.
The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age.
