MANZANITA – Rooks Den is the classic beach house that you imagine and is just 1/2 block to the beach, 2 blocks to the Manzanita golf course, and just down the road to Nehalem Bay State Park. When you walk upstairs, you walk directly into the open floor plan where you can watch TV, listen to some music or enjoy a fabulous meal prepared in the cozy kitchen. Enjoy looking out at the ocean from the comfortable leather couches or play one of the many games provided for your entertainment in the living room. Step out the front door to the deck and enjoy the ocean breeze while relaxing in the deck chairs. There is also a full bathroom on this upper level as well. Downstairs find all three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed and a third with two twin beds. A bathroom is on this level as well as the laundry.
