The space
▪️Party/Events/Get-togethers NOT ALLOWED. Exceptions by prior permission can be made if & when felt legit.
▪️If a CONFIRMED reservation/booking is done post 10 am on same day of check-in then check-in will be possible only atleast 2-3 hours after regular check-in hours stated online here on this Airbnb web listing for logistics adjustment of last minute housekeeping/cleaning services requirement.
▪️Unauthorised/Uninformed Visitors/Guests STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED on the premises. Need prior host permission and payment of small cover charge if & when permitted. If these basic HOUSE RULES are impinged, it will invoke payment of penalty/fine and also invoke Airbnb Support involvement for immediate eviction as per Airbnb’s strict policy for breach of house rules.

▪️A classy n sparse but cosy living room with abundant free space is your chill-out zone for a late evening drink and your space for streaming media entertainment.
▪️The living room sits cheek-by-jowl with a fully functional European standing kitchen with a mini refrigerator, microwave oven, an induction stove, a hot plate, toaster, tea/coffee pot and a modern latest hi-tech water filter. Also stashed with all cutlery, crockery, silver along with a full bar set with stock of whiskey, beer n wine glasses. Cheers 🥂
▪️A spacious bedroom that accommodates a large king-size bed with a comfortable 8” sink-in mattress to cuddle n caress you to a sound baby sleep after a tired day out exploring n touring the city & local areas nearby (check my Guidebook please) or after finishing your day’s business commitments.
▪️The bedroom has an attached luxurious bathroom with a truly spacious step-in-shower - all of it to make you feel like a king when you need to sit on your throne, shower n prune.
▪️The wonder of wonders, this lovely bedroom opens out onto a dream-come-true open rooftop large terrace / patio that overlooks a huge wide open playground & cricket practice field to give you just that extra feel of blissful open space and a desire to float n fly around. The trrrace is also decorated with garden potted plants with colourful flowering shrubs and bougainvilleas to lend that extra vibe of tranquil and joi de vivre!

Other things to note
▪️Extra charge of INR ₹3.3k for early check in/late check-out, subject to availability. Early check-in only possible earliest at 1:00 pm and late check-out upto 11-11:30 am limit only.
- If check-in required earlier that 1:00 pm noon by 11:00 am then the extra fee will be 5.1k subject to availability.
- This extra fee for early check-in/late check-out goes straight to the CLEANING COMPANY for altering change in timing of their pre-scheduled turnover cleaning task and towards making adjustments in staff logistics.
- Anything beyond this set time limit will incur full one night tariff charge.
- Delayed check-out any time beyond 10 am without prior request will incur an additional penalty of INR ₹1.5k over and above the standard late check-out charge of INR ₹3.3k upto the 1st hour from 10 am and pro rata for every next hour.
▪️Luggage drop facility available at nominal charge
- Upto 2-3 hours hold @ INR ₹600/-
- Overnight hold @ INR ₹1.5k per night/day.

▪️Extra charge for night stay per additional guests after first two (2) is INR ₹2499/- per night stay per guest, with all facilities available to them - Applicable to every additional guest booked through official Airbnb platform or privately by direct request off the airbnb platform.
▪️ Guests are mandatorily required at all times to deposit the house keys into the lockbox at every exit/re-entry from & to the apartment without exception. At no point in time the guest is allowed to carry the house keys with them on their person.
▪️ Building Elevator will remain inoperational between 12 am midnight to morning 6:00 am by rule of the building administrative managing committee. In a given situation of an unlikely emergency, this rule will stand ignored.
▪️Outdoor (vendor) Laundry / Ironing charges as per actuals to be paid directlytothevendor.
▪️In-house washing machine service:
This is a paid laundry service available only to long stay guests of a week or more (max twice a week) @INR ₹600/- for each requested use of 1 full (6 kg) load use. In-house laundry service will be exclusively operated only by attendant/ house help staff on a pre-fixed date & time by advance request from the guest.
▪️Additional house cleaning charges:
INR ₹600/- per each housekeeping service - mandatory on alternate days for long stay guests of 3+ nights stay (minimum 2-3 times per week for longer stay guests). it is mandatorily preferred to have the apartment UNOCCUPIED during all such in-house cleaning services as per security protocol of the cleaning service company.
▪️IF CONFIRMED RESERVATION BOOKING DONE POST 10:00 AM FOR SAME DAY OF CHECK-IN THEN CHECK IN WILL BE AT LEAST 3 HOURS AFTER STATED REGULAR CHECK-IN HOURS.
▪️Booking of the apartment for Commercial photography/shooting purpose will be permitted for entertainment media shoots - advertising, promotions, films & serials, documentaries, etc on payment of EXTRA CHARGES of mutually discussed and agreed commercial fee starting at upwards of basic minimum price of ₹10k per day on direct payment basis, after having ensured to pay on Airbnb for the exact and correct number of assured total footfalls on the premises on each day of the booking.
