The defining feature of the house is the 1,000 sq. ft. courtyard, adorned with Joshua Tree, fountain, bistro lighting, a dining table for 8, love seat, and covered portico with custom-made Moroccan pendant lighting. With the French doors to the kitchen and great room open, the courtyard is truly an extension of the indoor spaces of the home.
** Kitchen & Dining Areas **
Villa del Toro comes equipped with a full chef’s kitchen. Cook like a pro on a four-burner plus griddle Wolf stove/oven, use the additional convection oven for those special occasions, or get your grill on with the gas grill on the back porch.
Serve up to 8 guests on the kitchen’s island and peninsula or choose to dine in the attached dining room or outside in the 8-person dining table in the courtyard under twinkling bistro lights to the tune of the bubbling fountain.
After dinner, relax with a drink at the bar (with mini fridge) or in the lounge area next to the gas fireplace.
