Romantic NIVI Luxury appartement is newly built year 2022 close to public beach and other amenities such as restaurant, supermarket,bus station ,etc . It is in the district of black river . In the front view we have large balcony suitable for a family to have breakfast outside and enjoying the magnificent view of the mountain scope . My appartemnt is on the second floor which comprises of a bright living room with its couch ,TV and a spacious kitchen with its dinnig table .
The first bedroom has double bed suitable for two adults or children and also include one wardrobe,aircon and table lamp.
The second Master bedroom has one double bed ,wardrobe,table lamp ,aircon and formost an attached private modern bathroom and toilet providing all neccessary amenities. At the back we have one another modern bathroom ,toilet and a balcony which consist of a washing machine. The completed fitted kitchen contains whatever you need .e.g oven ,fridge,microwave,coffee maker,kettle.
Most important the appartemnt is equipped with free WIFI.
Its an ideal holiday destination which is peaceful for couples,individuals,thanks to its several leisure possibilities and its child friendly amusement
Last my appartement has a common swimming pool and free parking facilities .
The whole building is protected on a 24 hour basis with cameras ,alarm and also an automatic gated entrance.
