Summary: This house and property exceeded our expectations. The house isn’t visible from the road and the property is a hidden gem in the little town of Ymir. We loved staying here and the details that were put into the house and property are done with real care and intention. It was hot while we were there, but the house is well built and insulated, so even though it doesn’t have any A/C, it holds its temperature and cools off at night when the windows are open. The wifi at the time was spotty (likely do to smoke from the fires) and there is not much cell service here, we were working while away which was difficult, otherwise I wouldn’t have cared and enjoyed unplugging. The little kids play set was a huge hit for my 1-1/2 year old. We loved it here and felt right at home, we will be back 😊
