Positive: very good locality when you travel by train and public transport, car parking was ok as well. Very decent eating options nearby, used by locals, not tourists.
Negative: Noisy street, hospital nearby so you get to hear ambulance car often, but hey, this is Rome. Take your ear plugs with you :D
