ROLLING ROCK is the perfect place for your Frio River family & friend vacation. This spacious hill country home is conveniently located in the Heartstone subdivision just off of River Road, near the Kenneth Arthur Crossing. The two story home has 4 bedrooms located downstairs and one bunk room upstairs. The bunk room is perfect to have all of the kiddos share a room, creating some awesome memories from the Frio. The large covered patio and outdoor kitchen / TV area are perfect for your relaxation. The safety fenced in pool is located by the side yard giving you the comfort of knowing the pool is a safe distance from the home. Relax on the back patio, there is plenty of space and seating so you and your family can enjoy each other's company. The large windows that are along the back side of the home bring the outside views into the open floor plan. Spacious dining room and ample seating for your group to enjoy their favorite Frio meal. ROLLING ROCK has private river access at the two parks for the subdivision a short walk or drive from the home.
To help keep the cost of your rental down, guests have the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks notice prior to arrival. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 3 — sleeps 6 – 2 twin/queen bunk beds

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) — sleeps 9 – 1 twin/queen; 3 twin/twin bunk beds
You will need King 1, Queen 5,and 16 twin sheet sets.
What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
