The Roelens Housekeeping Teams have been trained applying the new cleaning standards which are outlined here: http://www.roelensvacations.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Cleaning-Standards-1.pdf Our cleaners are wearing gloves, masks, using EPA approved cleaning products for all type of surfaces, ventilating rooms and spaces. Roelens Vacations has encouraged the cleaning crews to apply the rules of social distancing, washing hands regularly for 20 seconds at least and are checking off a checklist with each cleaning. LOCATION! LOCATION! Villa Coco Bay is surrounded by all the amenities Florida has to offer! Close to both Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches! Super Location! Minutes to Beaches. Serene vacation home in gated community. 2 bedroom 2 full baths Community Pool, Tennis, Golf, Fitness Ctr & clubhouse! Inside the home all the comforts of home to include comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels, a pool table for your gaming pleasure. Flat Screen TV and cable TV programming...of course highspeed internet with WiFi throughout the home as well as access to the internet at the clubhouse. Coco Bay is nestled within the gated community of Kelly Greens in the Iona section of Fort Myers. Enjoy the serenity of this beautiful Coco Bay home. Numerous upgrades make this home stand out. Beautiful décor, tile flooring and a dedicated Pool Room in the home. Ping Pong in the garage and bicycles for your recreational pleasure. A 13-acre lake is peacefully nestled in the community providing amazing views and landscaping for every resident. Coco Bay also features a fully functional clubhouse providing a fun and active social center for the residents and guests. The 3,300 square feet Clubhouse is composed of a state of the art fitness center, and a social room. There is also a swimming pool with spa area for relaxation. Abundance of restaurants, night spots, parks and sightseeing spots just minutes from this gorgeous well-appointed home. 4 weeks minimum stay. Application required by HOA with approval by the community, $150 application fee plus $40 background check per reservation. These fees are included in your quote. Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $8-10 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11.5% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file.
