This beautiful brand new cozy apartment is located in a private house. It has a private entrance on the right side of the house. The apartment has a front porch and a balcony and a nice view of Luquillo. This apartment is great for couple and family vacations as it is close to the beach and many other activities.
Our apartment is fully equipped kitchen . The 1st bedroom features a full bed and walking closet. The 2nd bedroom features a full bunk bed . One full bathroom . All rooms have flat screen TV and high -speed wifi , air conditioned. Includes beach towels , hand towels, shower towels. Hair dryer, flat iron, iron table with iron. You will have access to the complete apartment and you have your own parking space in the drive way. laundry area on the premises.
Traveling with kids ? We have a high chair and a play pin
No smoking inside the apartment , all smoking will take place outside of the apartment . Air condition must be turned off when leaving apartment.
Guest limit is six(6) people at any time on the property and it strictly enforced. No loud noise, or any kind disruptions on our neighbor's quiet enjoyment of their property will be allowed.
