Formerly the Rise N Shine Ranch, Perfect Country Getaway. Need a country getaway? Need to reconnect? Have a desire to unplug, get back to basics, and enjoy life in the country? Then, Rockstar Ranch is the perfect place for you. Rockstar Ranch is located in the charming town of Chappell Hill on 8.4 acres. The property is rented as a whole (main house, guest house, party barn). It consists of the main house (approx. 2500 sq ft) that sleeps seven-eight. The master has one King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk on top of it (ONE UPPER BUNK). The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed. Sleeps seven comfortably. There are 2.5 baths. The Rockstar's guest house (approx. 1500 sq. ft.). Sleeps five comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen and the 2nd bedroom has one set of twin bunk beds (ONE UPPER BUNK) and one twin bed. There is one full bath. Both houses are fully equipped with kitchen and laundry room. Rockstar Ranch is made to feel like your home. Expect all of the comforts of home. Enjoy the property's infinity pool (8' est. not heated), rocking chairs, party barn (UPDATED, the photos on this site are up to date), fire pit, tetherball, adult and children bikes, basketball hoops, hammocks for relaxing, pond, deer feeder (deer will come up as the sun is setting). The barn (SEE UPDATED PHOTOS) has been recently renovated & includes comfortable patio couches, table for board games, ping pong table, foosball & mini fridge. You can open all large doors & have a perfect view of the volleyball court & picnic tables under the covered shed of the barn. Also, during wet or cool weather, the barn can be used as an indoor soccer field. The owners have opted not to add wi-fi at the property so that adults and children alike can be reminded of the simpler times when kids and families played outside until dark using their imaginations. Explore the neighborhood roads by day or night, even stopping to feed the neighborhood donkeys and cows. 'Cracker,' our neighbor's sweet lab may even pay you a quick visit. Take a day to enjoy the sweet historic town of Chappell Hill. Visit the famous Blue Bell Creameries in Brenham, TX. Stop by the Brenham Municipal Airport and watch the planes come and go. And don't miss Chappell Hill Sausages which are delicious fired up on our grill. Chappell Hill sure knows how to throw a parade and festival. Enjoy the small town charm!
